Product Introduction

The Quiet series is the result of intensive acoustic engineering. The noise in a concentrator comes from three sources: the compressor, the cooling fan, and the exhaust air. Our machines address all three. We mount our compressors on 4-point medical-grade rubber suspension to prevent vibration from transferring to the floor. The air exhaust is routed through a "labyrinth" muffler system that breaks up sound waves without creating back-pressure. We also use ultra-quiet DC fans that adjust their speed based on temperature. The result is a machine that delivers 93% purity at 5LPM with a sound profile so low it can be placed right next to a bed. The cabinet is also lined with high-density acoustic cotton to further dampen any internal mechanical sounds.
