Product Introduction
The Ozone-Free Sterilizer series is the result of precision optical and electronic engineering. In our UV-C models, we use "Ozone-Free Quartz" glass which filters out the 185nm wavelength (the wavelength responsible for creating ozone from oxygen) while allowing the germicidal 254nm wavelength to pass at full power. In our Plasma models, we use low-energy dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) to create ions without the heat or voltage spikes that generate ozone. Every model in this series is rigorously tested in environmental chambers to ensure ozone emissions are well below the 0.005 ppm detection limit. The units feature multi-stage filtration, including a medical-grade H13 HEPA filter, followed by an internal sterilization chamber where the air is "blasted" with UV-C light. This ensures that the air exiting the machine is 99.9% pathogen-free and 100% safe to breathe instantly.

Application Scenarios
Safe, continuous disinfection for occupied spaces:
- School Classrooms: Providing all-day protection for students and teachers.
- Dental & Medical Offices: Continually cleaning the air of aerosols during patient visits.
- Open-Plan Offices: Reducing the risk of cross-infection in shared workspaces.
- Eldercare Homes: Protecting vulnerable populations with sensitive respiratory systems.
- Public Libraries: Maintaining a safe, germ-free environment for the public.
- Q: Is it really 100% ozone-free?
- A: Yes, our specialized quartz bulbs and plasma modules are certified to produce zero ozone.
- Q: Can I leave it on while I sleep?
- A: Absolutely, it is designed for 24/7 continuous operation in occupied rooms.
- Q: Does it kill COVID-19?
- A: UV-C at 254nm is scientifically proven to deactivate a wide range of coronaviruses.
- Q: How often do I change the bulb?
- A: The UV-C bulb should be replaced every 9,000 hours (about once a year).
- Q: Is the UV light dangerous to look at?
- A: No, the bulb is fully shielded inside the machine's metal/plastic housing.
- Q: Does it smell like anything?
- A: No, it produces no odors, unlike ozone which has a "bleach-like" smell.
- Q: What is the kill rate?
- A: It typically achieves a 99.9% reduction in airborne bacteria and viruses within 1 hour.
- Q: Is it safe for pets?
- A: Yes, it is perfectly safe for all living beings, including pets and plants.
