The Pre-Filter series is the "Guardian" of the purification stack. We use a high-strength nylon or polyester micro-mesh that is engineered for low air resistance. The key innovation is our integrated antibacterial treatment—silver ion or organic antimicrobial agents are bonded to the fibers during the manufacturing process. This ensures that the dust and hair captured on the filter do not become a breeding ground for germs. We offer these in various formats: from thin, cut-to-fit carbon-coated sheets to rigid, washable frames. For industrial and medical purifiers, our pre-filters are designed with a larger surface area to handle heavy dust loads. By capturing 90% of the visible dust, these pre-filters allow the subsequent HEPA stage to focus entirely on invisible, microscopic threats, effectively doubling the lifespan of the more expensive HEPA media.
